overlappedFraction

A value that represents the percentage of content that has been scrolled above the bottom app bar.

A 0.0 indicates that no content has been scrolled above the bottom app bar (at the top), while values > 0.0 indicate increasing amounts of content scrolled above.

This is the bottom app bar equivalent of TopAppBar's overlappedFraction.
